Fair doesn't mean free—it means every charge is clearly explained.
Linked Customers = 0% Platform Fee
Every cook gets their own invite link. When customers download the app through your link, they're permanently linked to you.
One customer can only link to one cook. For every order they place, you pay zero referral fees. The earlier you join, the more loyal customers you can connect with.
Cross-Store Orders = Fixed Referral Fee
Only when ""non-linked customers"" order from you through the platform,
do we charge a referral fee:
- Orders under $80:$10
- Orders $80 and above:$15
That's it. No other fees. No percentage cuts. No hidden charges.
Upgrades & add-on services are completely separate—your choice, and they don't affect any free features.
Payment Processing = Charged by Third Party
All payments go through the payment platform you choose. Processing fees are charged by them—not by HenMade.
We don't take a cut from payments. Not a single cent.
Order Minimum = You Decide
Set a minimum order amount to protect your costs and margins. For orders below minimum, you can let customers share a portion of the referral fee. This is like "free shipping if you spend $X" on other shopping sites. Clear rules, stated upfront—fair and transparent for everyone.
